SHOP:
Are there any active Coupon Codes?
All promotions and active codes are either posted on Instagram (@calimecreate),  the Facebook group or in our newsletter. If you do not see anything recently posted, then there is currently no active promotion or code!
 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND DAMAGED GOODS:
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellations may be made within 24 hours of placing your order if the shipping label has not been created. Order cancellations will not be granted past that time frame. All cancellation requests are treated on a case to case basis and may be denied. Please not that cancellations are not accepted during major events and sales.


Can I return my order if i'm not satisfied?
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not 100% satisfied we accept returns, at your own shipping expense. All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery, in original packaging and unused. Once the item has been returned we will exchange or refund your item, minus the cost of shipping.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged, because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Digital downloads
- Items on sale


My stickers aren't cut properly or my order is damaged, what do I do?
Unfortunately, sometimes an order slips through our quality control with an error. We are more than happy to make things right if they do. If your item is damaged or faulty, or your order contains an incorrect item please follow these steps:
- Take a photo of the item’s clearly showing the issues.
- Send the photos to nanda@calimecreate.com along with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Once we have looked over your case we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.


I forgot to change my address before ordering, my order is being shipped to the wrong address, what do I do?

Refunds are not available for purchases sent to the wrong address. Please make sure to update your address before purchasing. 

If you notice an error after you have placed your order, please contact us immediately by email. If your shipping label has already been created and paid for you will be required to cover the costs to create a new label, and if your order has already been shipped you will need to wait for the order to be returned to us and you will be responsible for the additional shipping charge.

 

SHIPPING:
How will my order be shipped? 

Items are mailed in a clear plastic sleeve, and protected by a thick card stock envelope. They are shipped via PostNL as regular mail in order to keep shipping fees low. Shipments are made to the address on file. Please make sure to update your address before purchasing. Once shipped, I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail. Lost mail is VERY rare. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For domestic (Netherlands) addresses: expected delivery 1-3 business days
For International addresses: expected delivery 3-20 business days 

However, please note that these are just estimations by PostNL, and the actual delivery time may vary. Please be patient as there may be unexpected delays that are out of our control. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

 
Do you provide tracking for my order?
In order to keep the shipping costs low, all orders are sent via PostNL as regular mail. A tracking number will NOT be provided.
 

Can I combine my orders to save on shipping?

We are unable to modify or combine orders during major events, new release days, and sales.

During quieter periods we may be able to combine orders that do not contain made to order products (i.e. stickers), but please send us an email before placing an order to avoid disappointment. 

If your first order has not been marked as shipped yet and you place another order within 24 hours, feel free to message me to request combined shipping. 

We will do our best to combine shipping for you, however we cannot guarantee that we'll be able to fulfill your request because your order might have already been packaged and stamped, even if it is not yet shipped.

 

My order was hit what a customs charge, what do I do?
Import duties, taxes, fees and/or any other charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Any charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel so please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be, prior to purchase.

 

PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
Can you make me a custom order?
I accept custom requests, but they might be placed on a waiting list. Depending on how many people are on the waiting list, wait times can range from one week up to one month. 

Please feel free to contact me if you are interested in having a custom sticker sheet created and I will let you know if I am currently able to accept personalized requests or not.

Please also note that no changes will be made to any listing unless the changes have been discussed and approved PRIOR to ordering. If you don't ask about the changes, but leave a note saying "Please change such and such", your request will not be honored and you will receive the listing as is. No refunds will be granted in these cases.

If your request is of a general nature and I can sell the design in my shop, no customization fees are calculated. If it's a personal customization I will charge a one time additional fee of €5,00 for designing the sheet.


MISC:
Can I use your artwork or resell your products?
All of our designs feature original and unique artwork created by Calime Create. All items and designs are for personal use only and are not to be copied, imitated, resold, or redistributed without our written permission. We do not give permission to resell our items in a manner that may reflect negatively on our store.
For our digital files, you may not claim the files as your own or
- Share/re-distribute/sell the products in their original format
- Alter the files in any way
- Turn the papers in to .svg format or any file types of the same nature - in their original format or altered
- Give the files to a 3rd party, wholesaler or company
- Use the papers to create freebies available on your blog, website or other
- Use the papers as a designer resource
- Clip the papers to shapes to create 'clipart' and sell the end result
